Pastor-E-Adeboye

Pastor Enoch Adeboye, the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), recently expressed concern over the arrest of one of the church’s pastors abroad. The pastor was reportedly detained for using the greeting "ladies and gentlemen" during a gathering, which some attendees found discriminatory for excluding non-binary individuals. The incident was mentioned during a monthly Thanksgiving service in Lagos, where Adeboye highlighted it as a sign of increasing societal challenges and moral decline, which he sees as an indicator of the approaching end times.

Additionally, Adeboye shared another anecdote involving a woman who referred to her dog as her husband, further emphasizing his concern about the erosion of values worldwide. He urged Christians to remain steadfast in their faith, warning against superficial religious practices and reminding them of Christ’s imminent return. These remarks have sparked discussions about cultural differences, religious expressions, and inclusivity in modern society.
